▶Objectives
The main objective is to enhance the competencies of employment intermediaries and career counselors. This project will equip those preparing job candidates with essential qualifications and knowledge to prevent bullying in remote work settings. We believe that our efforts will help reduce these negative issues, while participants will improve their social skills, such as assertiveness and self-confidence, ultimately enhancing their sense of security in the workplace.
▶Activities
The actions we intend to take are: - developing and implementing a lecture program with a partner, creating educational material in the form of an information brochure for employment agents, career advisors, trainers and trainers. These activities will effectively increase the level of knowledge of the above-mentioned people in the field of counteracting and preventing mobbing phenomena among people working remotely
▶Impact
The expected results of our project will be primarily an increase in the awareness of working staff in the field of professional activation regarding the problem of digital mobbing, as well as the ability to talk and motivate mobbed people to change their situation.
