▶Objectives
The main goal is to improve the quality of services at training centers and VET institutes by integrating the new Inclusive Training Proficiency Competence (ITP) into the skillset for business trainers and VET educators by June 2026. Objectives include encouraging systemic changes in organizations, promoting behavioral change with an ICT-based self-reflection tool, increasing understanding with a self-education toolkit, raising awareness of ITP, and boosting partner capacity in implementing.
▶Activities
We are going to implement the following activities: 1. Management of the project 2. Building the new ITP competence model and recommendations for VET companies described in e-book 3. Development of ICT-based Self-Reflection Tool for trainers 4. Educational Tool-Kit for VET organizations 5. Promotion, dissemination and exploitation of the project results.
▶Impact
1. Informative e-book describing the ITP competence for training providers. 2. ICT-based self-assessment tool for trainers and VET educators that enables them to evaluate their alignment with the newly developed ITP competence model. 3. Self-education toolkit for trainers and educators to improve their understanding of inclusive training and diversity competence. 4. Raised awareness of 50 trainers from VET sector of the ITP competence 5. Increased expertise and capacity of partner organizations.
