Objectives

The aim is to popularize an innovative method in education based on the use of welding simulators with AR technology. CKZIU introduced this method to vocational education in the teaching process using three simulators. The stage we are striving for is the preparation of training programs for teachers and students (including educational materials) to improve the quality of work of CKZIU and institutions from Italy and Hungary (Erasmus internship programs).

Activities

1. 2 meetings of management staff-6 people (start and summary of the project) - principles of the project and cooperation, reports and evaluations 2. Seminar-Hungary - 3 days led by the AR distribution leader-9 teachers 3. Training-9 teachers in Italy (6 days)-by the AR leader and a teacher from CKZIU-development of a training program for students and Erasmus+ 2 weeks/1 month 4. Training-12 students by 3 teachers (from each country)in Poznań 5. Meetings for employers and education in 3countries

Impact

1. Getting to know the devices and developing framework internship programs-10 and 20 days for future participants of Erasmus+ foreign internships. 2. Training of 9 teachers and development of a weekly internship program with the participation of management staff for 12 students from 3 countries. 3. Training of students and training materials developed by teachers for 12 students. 4. Demonstration of the project results and popularization of simulators in the process of theoretical and practical
