▶Objectives
The main objective of the project is to STRENGTHEN THE COMPETENCES OF TOURISM STAFF IN 3 PROFESSIONAL AREAS IN THE FIELD OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SERVICES. Intermediate objectives: 1. exchange of experiences between partners 2. improvement of the quality of education and vocational training; 3. optimization of educational tools for tourism staff 4. more professional opportunities for tourism staff on the labor market 5. awareness of the importance of certification in tourism.
▶Activities
As part of the project, we will jointly develop a handbook of practical solutions to improve staff competences in the areas of sustainable tourism, accessible tourism and product tourism. Staff competences will be improved in 3 developed areas (sustainable, accessible and product tourism, which will contribute to improving the services of the sector). Tourism employees will have the knowledge and skills to prepare the facility for certification, which is the future of the industry.
▶Impact
The project will create: 1 Manual of practical solutions to improve staff competences in the areas of sustainable tourism, accessible tourism and product tourism. TRAINING MATERIALS for tourism sector staff in 3 areas: SUSTAINABLE TOURISM (ESG), ACCESSIBLE TOURISM AND PRODUCT TOURISM, including HORECA.
