The project endeavors to formulate a pioneering methodology for youth work centered around the concept of social cohesion. Leveraging universally recognized narratives, the initiative aspires to kindle curiosity, enrich comprehension, and render the exploration of social cohesion both captivating and relatable for participants. Furthermore, it aims to cultivate collaborative ties by establishing a community of practitioners employing new learning methodologies such as microlearning.

Within the project framework, a spectrum of activities will be executed, encompassing the development and meticulous testing of workshop syllabuses, webinars, and microlearning courses tailored for youth workers, specifically delving into the nuances of social cohesion and inclusion. The initiative will also feature an international Training of Trainers, strategically complemented by diverse forms of multiplier events, all culminating in a conclusive and comprehensive final conference

The project aims to equip over 250 youth workers with knowledge on social cohesion through webinars and microlearning. Twelve translated webinars and an app will enhance accessibility. The Training of Trainers program will create a network of 25 advocates for social cohesion. In four countries, 13 dissemination events will attract 300 participants, fostering a deeper understanding of social cohesion, and bridges the gap between research and practice.
