O1: Enhance the mental well-being and resilience of youth workers through targeted training and resources. O2: Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among partner organizations and stakeholders to create a supportive community. O3: Increase awareness of mental health issues and effective practices within local communities and among youth workers. O4: Establish sustainable peer support networks that provide ongoing assistance and resources for youth workers.

1) State of the Art Research on Mental Wellbeing: We will conduct desk and benchmarking research and create peer support networks. 2) Training and E-Learning Platform: We will develop and deliver training programs to improve youth workers' skills and resilience. 3) Awareness Campaigns: We will promote burnout risks and best practices through media and national and European events. 4)Establishment of Peer Support Networks: Set up sustainable peer support networks in 6 EU Countries.

The Y-CARE project expects to enhance the mental well-being and resilience of youth workers by reducing burnout risks through targeted training and support networks. It aims to establish a functional peer support system and mentorship programs, fostering better work-life balance and stress management. The project will also deliver an interactive e-learning platform, raising awareness about mental health challenges while promoting best practices across organizations and broader communities.
