Objectives

The ArtBiz project aims to equip creative professionals, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, with essential entrepreneurial skills, digital tools, and business knowledge to build sustainable careers. It seeks to create and deliver high-quality training modules and an interactive platform, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and growth. Additionally, the project aspires to empower adult educators to effectively teach creative entrepreneurship, ensuring long-term impact and success.

Activities

The ArtBiz project develops four training modules on business planning, financial management, marketing, and legal issues for creative professionals. We will create an interactive online platform with tools, resources, and a networking space. Activities include focus groups, pilot training, educator workshops, and user testing. The project will also host multiplier events, an international conference, and provide open access to the platform and materials for five years.

Impact

The ArtBiz project will deliver key results including four high-quality training modules on entrepreneurship for creative professionals and an interactive online platform with resources and networking tools. We expect improved entrepreneurial skills, confidence, and business growth among participants. The project will also train adult educators, expand their capacity to teach creative entrepreneurship, and foster long-term collaboration. Open access to materials ensures sustainable impact.
