RESTORE empowers tourism entrepreneurs and professionals, especially in Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), to combat overtourism by embracing regenerative business practices that go beyond sustainability and circularity and transform their businesses into regenerative organisations with a net positive effect on society and Earth, while equipping Human Resources and adult trainers to facilitate this transition by utilizing advanced adult education methodologies and EU skills validation tools.

1. Project Management, Quality & Impact Evaluation, Dissemination and Exploitation of project’s results 2. Design and development of three project deliverables: the RESTORE Train-the-Trainers MOOC, the RESTORE Training Course for Tourism MSEs and the RESTORE Online Learning Hub 3. ▶Impact
The RESTORE Online Learning Hub hosting the Train-the-Trainers MOOC and the Training Course will upskill at least 70 HR/Adult trainers, entrepreneurs and professionals of tourism MSEs to address overtourism by achieving net positive regenerative results for the workforce, the business community, society and the planet. The Adult Learning sector will be better positioned as key driver for fostering business sustainability and combating overtourism’s negative impacts by reaching 1.500 stakeholders
