โ–ถObjectives

Youth mental health is a growing concern across the EU, with excessive digital use presenting a significant problem. Serenity empowers young people to become peer educators, building a supportive network that addresses issues like cyberbullying & digital addiction. Through digital well-being peer education, Serenity seeks to enhance awareness of excessive digital use on mental health, equip youth with coping strategies, and create a sustainable community focused on positive digital resilience.

โ–ถActivities

Serenity will focus on developing core digital well-being competencies in youth through peer-led digital education. Through the creation of a suite of digital well-being resources, partners will equip peer educators with the necessary tools to engage youth in meaningful conversations about digital well-being. The project will empower local youth to become peer educators and leaders through its tailored training programme, supporting these leaders to engage their peers in outreach events.

โ–ถImpact

Serenity will produce: (1) Digital Well-being Toolbox including a suite of Interactive Infographics and Online Modules to build core digital well-being competencies in young people (2) Peer Education Training Programme that equips young leaders with essential skills to engage their peers in digital well-being education (3) Peer Outreach Programme to support peer educators in engaging young people through local informal events (4) Transnational Training Event to train youth to become peer leaders
