The project aims to develop a network of senior clubs in rural Romania, promoting inclusion and active participation through conferences, training courses, and mentorship. The project involves an exchange of best practices between Romania and Belgium, supporting local leaders in community development and raising awareness about the role of active seniors in rural communities.

▶Impact
The project results include: the creation of at least 3 senior clubs in rural areas, the training of 42 leaders and trainers in club management, the development of a handbook for senior clubs, the organization of 2 multiplier events (Romania and Belgium), the monitoring of an annual activity plan in the clubs, and raising awareness at both national and international levels through an online campaign, all contributing to social inclusion and the active participation of seniors in the community.
