Aim of the Flip On Project is to develop adult trainer’s competencies on Flipped Learning (FL) in order them to; -Provide an opportunity and easy mechanism for learners to gain first exposure to new conceptual content before class (by generally digital means) -Motivate adult learners to prepare for class -Provide a method of monitoring and assessing adult learners’ understanding of the new content -Provide in-class activities that focus on higher level cognitive skills
