▶Objectives
The project aims to enhance 20 parents’ understanding of their children's challenges in each partner country, improve their stress management skills, and train 12 facilitators in using experiential methods. Achieving these objectives will address the need for personal development programs for parents with emotionally challenged children, improve the exchange of best practices, and help manage severe stress and burnout among parents.
▶Activities
The project team is responsible for managing the project, including coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating activities to meet the objectives, as well as handling dissemination, communication efforts, two transnational meetings, and organizing a workshop for facilitators. The facilitators will focus on designing the family board game, creating the development program for parents, and preparing and implementing the guide.
▶Impact
Expected results: Implement a stress management and parenting program, create a family board game, parenting app, and activity guide. Involve 60 parents (20 per country) to improve their understanding of children's emotional difficulties by 20% and increase stress management and empathy skills by 15%. 12 facilitators will attend a workshop to exchange best practices and learn new experiential methods. Strengthening international partnerships is also anticipated.
