▶Objectives
It is imperative to broaden horizons in order to contribute to the development of sustainable environmentally responsible behavior. Environmental awareness and awareness of climate change is our main achivement. To develop teachers' competencies for sustainable environmental education, foreign language learning, developing digital competencies, respecting cultural diversity, inclusiveness, become an EU citizen and acting as a group rather than as individuals are the goals we want to develop.
▶Activities
4 events will be organized for environmental and climate change awareness for students and teachers. These activities focus on one topic in each country, taking into account the environmental dimensions of the Sustainable Development Goals. -Sharing creative activities from each country's curriculum -Experiments and ocean cruise to draw attention to water -Activities with digital tools for sustainable cities and responsible consumption. -Nature trips and experiments for the life on land
▶Impact
We expect to improve understanding of climate change, increased participation in environmental actions for schools and the development of innovative educational tools for education. We foresee stronger international cooperation and the integration of environmental topics into school curricula for lasting impact. Participants develop 21st century skills such as critical thinking and problem solving, communication,collaboration, creativity and innovation, ICT, social and intercultural interaction.
