▶Objectives
The primary goal of ELEVATE Program is to develop an IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM specifically tailored to SUPPORT YOUNG WOMEN from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds as they seek to launch a social enterprise, enter the job market, or return to education, in which they can have the theoretical information they need to produce the idea for their venture and the ability to take informed financial decisions that will support them in their decisions and road to success
▶Activities
The activities that will be implemented within the program include the development of materials that will help young women who wants to became entrepreneurs, the testing of these materials in 4 piloting sessions in which 40 young women from the partner countries will participate and the adaptation of the program materials to the needs of young women, following the feedback received during these piloting sessions. The materials will be available for free on the project website.
▶Impact
The project results will include a set of best practices, sustainable business cases studies; micro-learning units with knowledge on multiple areas; a podcast about inspiring stories regarding women entrepreneurs; a toolkit with the activities that local actors should undertake; a local support group constituted by mentors, stakeholders and other experts; a local pilot program to test the usability; a sustainability plan for maintaining the network running also at the end of the project
