On one hand, PES4U aims to equip representatives in the youth sector—including youth-led NGOs, youth workers, and stakeholders—with the tools, techniques, and methodologies needed to enhance their knowledge and skills in using PES in youth work to reach marginalized youth. On the other hand, PES4U aims to foster critical thinking, creative AI use, digital active citizenship, problem-solving skills, and the ethical use of AI among young people to boost their employability and social inclusion.

Activities: Three physical transnational project meetings, Three virtual transnational project meetings, Virtual and Hands-on (Face-to-face) Training for Youth Workers (How to integrate PES into youth work) from local to EU. Virtual and Hands-on ((Face-to-face)) Training for Disadvantaged Youth (How to achieve proficiency in PES) from local to EU. Implementation of an International Outreach Campaign promoting the importance of PES in youth work Network-Building Events.
