▶Objectives
By implementing the project, we plan to improve and digitilize vocational and adult education and adapt it to the needs of the labor market. Upgrading the platform and manual, along with the developed methodology for adult education, we will enable long-term sustainability project results. That's why we plan to use the Virtuelco platform, manuals and methodology long after completion. Adult participants will improve digital skills, financial literacy and employability
▶Activities
The project will include few activities.The basic activity will be the upgrading of the Virtuelco platform and the manual for using the platform. Next will be developing the methodology for training adults and therefore conducting nine trainings.Also we will have monthly online meetings of the project team and three meetings in person,project management and dissemination of project results. All activities will be planned, coordinated and implemented in cooperation with partners on Gantt chart.
▶Impact
The end result of our project will be an upgraded and expanded Virtuelco platform in four languages and upgraded manual for working on the platform. Furthermore, we will have a new methodology developed for training adults, which will be applied in Serbia, Bulgaria and the North Macedonia. It will create a digital transformation of adult education, improving skills in the field of financial literacy and higher employability of different categories of adults.
