This project aims to tackle the great labor gap that exists in people with intellectual disabilities, through action with young adults; promoting the employability of this group with the development of digital and gamified educative material and specific face to face and online courses for special educators and the labor market actors of Tourism, Manufacturing and Health Care economical sectors.

Selection and cognitive accessible description of jobs for young people with intellectual disabilities. Co-creation with ID younsters of an educative digital game. 8 courses for supporters to upskill them in the support to find a job. 8 courses for companies to raise awareness about the benefits of employing young adults with ID. 1 LTTA with 12 people with intellectual disabilities to test and improve the educative and ludic aspects of the game. Dissemination of results at all levels
