Objectives

The project aims to bring a friendly, dynamic, balanced and motivating model of learning and teaching into the classroom through the medium of teddy bears, whose wisdom will be brought to life through QR codes with curricular audiovisual content co-authored by the pupils. As we are interested in the real impact of this way of learning and teaching, we intend to monitor the results for one year after the end of the project and publish the indicators on the E+ platforms.

Activities

The first activity, which we have named SEPTEMBER INTERNATIONAL MEETING, is dedicated to contractual formalities and storyboarding for AV content. The second activity is aimed at running weekly local creative workshops on sewing teddy bears and creating and editing digital animation footage. The third activity, HOPE BEAR DAY IN KONYA, will evaluate the first results and impacts of the project. Fourth activity-CONCLUDING MEETING IN NOVIGRAD includes a BEARS' DAY at sea.

Impact

The 4 activities will produce the following outputs: effective evaluations, communication skills, 24 weeks of 2-hour sewing and media workshops, 60 ragtag teddy bears with educational content for pre-school and primary school students, an applied PAST board game to facilitate history learning in VIO 3, interactive AV material on the cultural heritage of Konya, and in the process of disseminating the results, a university study on the impact of the project in the pedagogical process.
