Although children in institutional care are our priority, we want to prepare a training program that supports caregivers in providing care services in a way that will develop the emotional intelligence skills of the children they care for, and to implement, maintain and disseminate this program in order to support the healthy emotional development of all disadvantaged children.

▶Impact
The basic idea of this project is to develop a modular education program that will be produced in a multicultural, inclusive and culturally sensitive manner. The Emotional Development Supporting Education Program will be applied to those who provide care to disadvantaged children. When the program is completed, it will be presented to the Ministry of Family and Social Services and the public for use in other social service institutions in our country and in widespread education within the scop
