This project aims to increase intercultural interaction through street food and to develop the professional skills of the participants. The participants will strengthen the cultural dialogue by sharing local culinary traditions and create common recipes. The project aims to train a qualified workforce that can compete in the food and tourism sectors, and to develop entrepreneurship and foreign language skills. The results will be shared through an e-book and street food festival.

Within the scope of the project, street food preparation workshops and cultural interaction sessions will be organized. Participants will strengthen intercultural dialogue by developing common recipes and increase their skills with foreign language and entrepreneurship training. They will experience local food cultures with international mobility and the recipes will be collected in an e-book. The project will end with a street food festival and these recipes will be exhibited.
