The AI4Youth Media project aims to empower young people and youth workers by improving their AI literacy and digital skills, promoting the ethical use of AI and fostering media innovation. Through hands-on AI-driven media projects, training and awareness campaigns, the project aims to develop practical AI skills, increase digital literacy and create sustainable frameworks for integrating AI into media production, ultimately preparing participants for future challenges in the digital age.
▶Activities
The AI4Youth Media project will implement a range of activities, including AI skills development training for youth workers, hands-on AI-driven media projects for young participants, and the creation of an AI framework for ethical media use. In addition, dissemination activities will include educational videos, social media campaigns, a project website and local events to engage communities and raise awareness of the role of AI in media production.
▶Impact
Our project expects to achieve several key outcomes, including the development of AI skills among youth workers and young people, the creation of at least 10 AI-driven media projects, and the establishment of an ethical framework for the use of AI in media. We anticipate that the project outcomes will be widely disseminated through digital platforms, reaching at least 20,000 visitors and fostering greater public awareness of the role of AI in media, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.
