▶Objectives
Our project aims to prepare disabled young people for the professions of the future and make them competitive and effective individuals in the job market. In this context, customized vocational training programs will be developed in areas such as digital skills and sustainable technologies, and support will be provided in employment processes for disabled people. It is aimed to increase the employment rates of disabled individuals and strengthen their participation in social and economic life.
▶Activities
Project includes a comprehensive activities to prepare individuals with disabilities for professions of the future: developing customized vocational training modules, creating accessible online training platform, providing training materials appropriate to the their needs and providing skills appropriate to the demands of the labor market. These activities will support the integration of disabled individuals into social and economic life by increasing their employment capacity.
▶Impact
Project includes the development comprehensive training modules that will enable disabled individuals to find employment by increasing their professional skills, creation of online accessible learning platform and the provision of training content . In addition, we expect concrete results such as increase in participants' employment rates, strengthening the integration of disabled individuals into the labor market, and increasing awareness among employers about the employment of disabled people.
