▶Objectives
The VoM project aims to enhance the digital literacy and communication skills of young communicators and youth workers in addressing migration issues. By fostering ethical reporting, combating disinformation, and using AI-powered tools, it will promote inclusive, empathetic migration narratives. The project also seeks to build cross-border collaborations, increase public awareness through creative initiatives, and develop sustainable communication strategies to reduce prejudice against migrants
▶Activities
The project will implement several key activities, including the creation of comprehensive migration communication training modules, AI-powered workshops for young communicators, and interactive community engagement events , podcasts and "Voice of Photographs" exhibition. It will also develop public awareness campaigns and tools such as a migration communication toolkit and glossary. These activities aim to foster ethical migration narratives, combat disinformation, and enhance collaboration.
▶Impact
The project aims to achieve the following results: comprehensive training modules on migration communication, the use of AI tools for migration communication and toolkits for creating podcasts. Public engagement will be increased through exhibitions, campaigns and participatory workshops. A migration communication dictionary and research on media representation will contribute to long-term results. The project will promote cooperation between communicators and stakeholders.
