The project aims to enhance climate risk insurance education with AI-powered risk assessment and advisory tools. It seeks to bridge the skills gap, modernize vocational training, and foster industry collaboration while promoting sustainable climate adaptation strategies. Ultimately, the project will equip insurance professionals with practical, data-driven tools to assess and manage climate-related risks in line with EU priorities.

The project will conduct comprehensive desk research and needs analysis, define core competencies, and develop structured training modules. It will integrate AI tools into an interactive online learning platform.
