โถObjectives
This project provides youth workers, trainers, and educators with know-how, tools and training to write clear, measurable learning outcomes. This improves youth work (training) quality and boosts recognition of competencies acquired in youth work by making outcomes clearer within the field and beyond, like the labour market. It also empowers youth organizations to better link their education to existing recognition systems like the EQF, Youthpass, or Open Badges.
โถActivities
Partners will identify challenges and successful youth work training examples in the EQF, creating a roadmap and workshops to help target groups apply for NQF/EQF mapping. We will develop materials, including tutorial videos, updated guidelines, and a GPT assistant, tested in national workshops and compiled into a best practice guide. Further activities will include cross-channel dissemination and advocacy for recognizing youth work learning outcomes.
โถImpact
One main result of this project will be a feasible road map to the EQF for youth organisations, based on a research analysis and workshops. A best practice guide will empower youth workers and trainers to write better learning outcomes, complemented by interactive materials like a GPT assistant. The main result of the project will be numerous workshops across Europe, leading to a best practice guide for better learning outcomes in youth work.
