▶Objectives
Recon(AI)ze will contribute to: Increase accessibility and inclusion in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system for students with Specific Learning Disorders (SLDs); Foster digital transformation in VET delivery through the integration of innovative Educational Technology with a focus on AI-powered tools; Develop and promote a common approach on customisation of VET offer, career guidance and mentorship activities according to specific needs, abilities and strengths of each learner.

Project activities include: Project management, monitoring and quality control Knowledge Base on innovative Educational Technology, AI-powered tools and transversal skills for inclusive VET delivery Design and implementation of a Training Programme addressed to VET professionals plus learning resources for mentors and employability professionals Pilot activities for students, trainees and new hires with SLDs Communication and dissemination of the project’s results at local, national and EU level
▶Impact
A Training Programme addressed to VET professionals is developed, tested in BE, IT and NL and assessed. VET trainers will be provided with both digital and transversal skills to detect and assist students with SLDs, with the support of AI-powered tools. Learning resources to support employability professionals and business mentors in career guidance and mentorship activities for students, trainees and new hires with SLDs are developed, tested and promoted through an international community.
