Objectives

- Skill development for educators, PwDs and event organisers enabling them to integrate co-creation into their work in organizing inclusive and accessible events. - Analysis of real cases via co-productive focus groups - a Toolkit and video tutorial based on empiric analysis via co-productive focus groups - a co-creation framework that guides event organizers in involving diverse stakeholders, including underrepresented groups, in the planning and execution of inclusive and accessible events.

Activities

- 4 Transnational project meetings - At least A6 Co-productive focus group sessions (at least 4 per Country) to analyze real case and point out factors of success and obstacles - Elaborate a toolkit on co-creation of inclusive and accessible events accompanied by video tutorials in English and all partners’ languages - Disseminate the project activities and results with the highest n possible of stakeholders.

Impact

- To create an easy-to-understand toolkit for the co-creation of inclusive and accessible events - To create video tutorial to make the toolkit further accessible - To disseminate and share these results - To improve skills and competences of Educators and professionals of events - To develop a co-creation framework that guides event organizers in involving diverse stakeholders, including underrepresented groups, in the planning and execution of inclusive and accessible events.
