Objectives

The project aims to integrate nature-based learning into education, inspiring students through direct engagement with nature to enhance creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and environmental awareness. It empowers teachers with innovative methods and resources, promotes inclusion and diversity through outdoor education, and enhance digital skills via collaborative tools. By fostering connection with nature, the project motivates teachers and students to build strong partnership.

Activities

The project will implement activities such as local nature-based workshops tailored to each partner's environment, cleanup campaign, teacher training on outdoor education and sustainability, lesson observation and work with the host students at the lessons, and creating the project's Mascot. Community events, such as eco-campaigns and biodiversity projects will engage wider audiences. Regular transnational meetings will ensure coordination, fostering collaboration and sustainability.

Impact

1. Trained teachers equipped with outdoor education and interdisciplinary planning methods, lesson plans and activity guides. 2. Cross-cultural collaboration through teacher exchange. 3. A digital toolkit with nature-based lesson plans and teaching materials. 4. Local eco-projects, such as cleaning-ups, marine conservation, sport and nature, scientific classroom projects. 5. A strengthened network of partner schools embedding nature-based practices. 6. Erasmus+ gardens in all partner schools.
