▶Objectives
Switching Talent tests experience-based learning in companies, organizations, and educational institutions in Belgium and the Netherlands. Employees, regardless of age or position, have the chance to learn in a stimulating environment for a short period. Together with the employee, we refine learning questions and find the right setting. Specific learning needs are addressed with a coach, and the knowledge gained is brought back to the organization.
▶Activities
We raise awareness through a website, flyers, newsletters, and testimonial videos, and develop a contract for the learning exchanges. Organizations and participants are recruited, and we map specific learning questions and needs. The matching process leads to a learning exchange at a suitable learning workplace. After administrative processing, we evaluate the results and measure the impact, focusing on learning objectives and satisfaction.
▶Impact
- Learning in a cross-border learning workplace is gaining ground in Flanders and the Netherlands - A contract makes these exchanges legal - At least 50 learning exchanges have been realized - Average satisfaction score of more than 70% - A manual for initiators/network organizations to organize their own learning exchange programs - Dissemination of project results: Session to share results and lessons learned - Switching Talent integrated within the regular operations of partners
