Objective 1: Increase the attractiveness of the nursery sector by showcasing its innovation, career diversity, and international opportunities, as well as supporting its internship policies, thus ensuring a steady influx of skilled young professionals. Objective 2: Strengthen the connection between VET schools and the nursery sector by improving access to international mobility programs, enhancing industry partnerships, and equipping educators with tools to guide students towards nursery careers
▶Activities
The project enhances the nursery sector’s visibility and internship quality through a promotional campaign (WP1) and guidelines for structured internships. VET schools strengthen industry ties via career events and job descriptions (WP2) while establishing a European network for mobility. ENA ensures effective project management, dissemination, and evaluation (WP3), integrating best practices and ensuring long-term impact across education and industry.
▶Impact
The project reshapes the image of the nursery sector, attracting young professionals through targeted promotion. Companies gain internship guidelines and training, fostering structured mentorship. VET schools establish stronger industry connections, improving job placement and the organisation of more and better mobility projects and internships. A European network for student internships is built, while ENA ensures ongoing dissemination and adoption of best practices across Europe.
