Our task is to create a toolkit for developing professional skills for ensuring cybersecurity in the maintenance of green energy systems in Bulgaria, Lithuania and Italy by testing the micro-credentials approach.

โ–ถActivities

- Preparatory activities โ€“ training for teachers, development of a new course for adult learners on cybersecurity in green energy systems - Preparation and organization of trainings in the three countries for micro-credentials for 60 participants and practical exchange through job shadowing for 12 participants with the best results - Dissemination and sustainability activities

Upgraded the capacity of three small organizations and gained experience working on projects in an international environment in the adult education sector Created an innovative course in terms of content, goals and approach (micro-credentials) Pilot testing the course and measuring the effect through practical exchange Creating interest and attracting students to new training services
