Objectives

The project aims to support individuals with disabilities in entering the workforce by developing key skills and attitudes. The main activities include: expanding the capacity of partner organizations to deliver training; preparing six adult educators to effectively apply the developed methodology; training 80 individuals with disabilities for successful professional integration; and raising awareness about inclusive opportunities while challenging stereotypes.

Activities

Project management: Organizing the implementation of all activities, monitoring, and quality evaluation. Development and testing of the training program: Creating a program to enhance the competitiveness of people with disabilities in the labor market and support their employment adaptation; exchange of best practices between organizations. Development of intellectual outputs: Guidebook, Workbook, training videos, and landing page. Dissemination: Promoting the developed training program.

Impact

Development of a training program covering 8 topics based on non-formal education methods, suitable for practical training of people with disabilities, aimed at increasing their competitiveness in the labor market and supporting their employment adaptation Development of a Facilitator's Guide and a Workbook for learners Creation of min 15 videos—8 focused on the topics and at least 7 videos featuring success stories of people with disabilities who have integrated into the labour market & adapted
