โ–ถObjectives

By implementing this project, we aim to enhance student governance and civic engagement through innovative, participatory learning. We will build teacher capacity, empower students as future leaders, and foster cross-border collaboration. Our goal is to institutionalize best practices and sustainable models that drive long-term improvements in education and community participation.

โ–ถActivities

Our project will implement capacity-building activities such as teacher training on the ENGAGE methodology, student mobility exchanges, and joint planning sessions to establish and sustain student councils. We will use Google Drive and AdminProject for management, eTwinning for cross-border collaboration, and the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform for dissemination. Regular workshops, multiplier events, and feedback sessions will support continuous improvement.

โ–ถImpact

We expect to enhance teacher skills in participatory governance and empower students as active leaders. Outcomes include functional student councils influencing school policies, higher student engagement, and robust cross-border collaboration. Measurable indicators include increased training satisfaction, improved participation rates, and enhanced decision-making skills, sustained through continuous follow-up.
