The project aims to promote CoP as boosters of organizational sustainability culture and support individuals to learn about sustainability (knowledge), act as sustainable citizens (ability) and promote sustainable behaviors (agency) and, secondly, to guide managers on how to create a sustainability-driven organization and measure its impact on employees’ wellbeing, organization’s competitiveness and reputation and its contribution to green transition (ESG indicators).
