We aim to equip school leadership teams with the skills, tools, and strategies to manage and sustain innovation in their schools. The project will train 48 school leaders from 24 schools, helping them integrate innovation into long-term strategies, mentor peers, and foster whole-school transformation. By developing a structured leadership guide, training program, and peer-learning opportunities, the project ensures lasting impact on education systems in Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Spain.
