โ–ถObjectives

RESPONSE wants to develop a set of training and support tools capable of improving the ESG reporting capabilities of SMEs, according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards of the EU Commission. Indeed, partners intend to meet the following objectives: - Understand SMEs' main needs and barriers to ESG reporting; - Reinforce SMEs' ability to report their ESG performance and comply with EU normative; - Increase SMEs' staff and entrepreneurs competences on ESG normative and reporting.

โ–ถActivities

RESPONSE will be articulated in 3 technical WPs: 1. Knowledge base creation: analysis of SMEsโ€™ main needs on ESG reporting and mapping of existing support activities for SMEs; 2. Creation of supporting tools for SMEs: development of a set of tools and training materials aimed at increasing SMEsโ€™ capacities of correctly measuring and disclosing their ESG data; 3. Piloting and training of SMEs: testing of the supporting tools effectiveness on a group of at least 20 European SMEs.

โ–ถImpact

RESPONSE expects to reach the following results: - Completion of an analysis of SMEs' ESG reporting practices and existing supporting tools; - Design of a set of supporting practical tools for SMEs' ESG Reporting; - Development and test of innovative vocational training materials in line with the ESRS; - Increase SMEs' knowledge of their impact on ESG themes through awareness raising events.
