Youth unemployment is a crucial theme when talking about EU's future. The youth on consortium countries faces triple barriers on employment opportunities, which also shapes their own future. "Empowering Youth for Equal Success" aims to increase awareness, advocate and offer equal employment opportunities for young people, especially young women and girls, youngsters from minorities, rural areas etc. while building the capacities and expertise of youth workers and the organizations and consortium

EYES will implement the following main WPs: 1. Project management 2. Research 3. Capacity building activities - development of tools of youth workers to work with young people, especially youngsters with fewer opportunities 4. Communication and advocacy activities The implementation of the activities in EYES will be done through a complementary approach with the support of all partners, using non-formal education and aiming practice-based learning, with activities in BG, GR, IT, RO and RS.

Main project results: Development of National Reports on youth employment in Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Romania and Serbia as well as Comparative Report. 120 youth workers from partner organizations will gain crucial skills and competencies in areas such as digital tools for jobsearches, networking strategies, and innovative solutions for employment Establishing an informal network of youth innovation hubs to provide ongoing support for youth employment initiatives
