By implementing this project, we intend to empower women and men with career gaps to improve the employment rate and make an impact on adults globally who have problems reentry into the labor market and feel a dignified part of society. It will be focused on bringing adults together and strengthening their skills with informal learning that will encourage others in their societies. We want to achieve the goal that as many people as possible are inspired to make their working lives active again.

This project consists of 4 activities for adults: Needs assessment and analysis, Training Course, Webinar, and Forum. Two of them will be arranged in the online format. First one considers the research of the needs of the target groups made by members of the partner organizations. They will have 2 weeks to explore the current situations in their local societies linked to industry tendencies, employment rates, challenges of people who try to reconnect to the workforce, and so on.

The results expected from the project are the following: partner organizations will give the opportunity to those individuals who are struggling to reenter labor markets after career gaps because of a lack of skills after years of unemployment. So, there will be more skilled and self-developed people who are able to start new jobs with the gained knowledge and abilities from the projects.
