Objectives

The objectives of the project are to enhance teachers' understanding of active citizenship and non-formal education, promote the integration of these concepts into teaching practices, foster collaboration among educators across partner countries, and engage students in meaningful civic activities that contribute to their communities. Ultimately, the project aims to create a lasting impact on educational practices that promote social responsibility and sustainability.

Activities

The project will implement the following activities: Workshops: Engaging sessions on active citizenship and non-formal education practices. Classroom observations: Participants will observe lessons that incorporate active citizenship concepts. Cultural visits: Visits to local organizations and historical sites to understand community engagement. Collaborative project development: Groups will create actionable plans addressing local challenges related to active citizenship.

Impact

Expected results include enhanced teacher competencies in active citizenship and non-formal education. Educators will implement improved teaching practices that engage students in civic responsibility.
