The project aims to tackle mental burnout among remote workers by equipping VET trainers with innovative tools and strategies. Key objectives include developing AI-powered burnout assessment tools, providing psychological resilience training, and creating gamified learning scenarios in Minecraft. The project seeks to foster interdisciplinary collaboration, enhance digital readiness, and promote mental well-being in remote work environments.

The project will implement activities such as project coordination, a kick-off meeting, and the development of AI tools. It will design Minecraft-based gamified learning scenarios for stress management and deliver psychological resilience training modules. Pilot testing in VET institutions and SMEs will ensure effectiveness, followed by dissemination through open-access resources, awareness-raising events, and policy recommendations. The project will run for 16 months, starting December 2025.
