DESTInE empowers existing or aspiring rural women entrepreneurs of all ages (18+) and educational levels with digital skills needed in tourism, including hospitality, cultural and creative sectors. It helps them build competitive, innovative businesses through tailored training and accessible digital tools. By tackling the digital divide and inequalities, DESTInE promotes EU economic growth and sustainability, ensuring rural women entrepreneurs thrive in todayโ€™s digital economy.

โ–ถActivities

DESTInE brings together EU partners to: a) assess specific trainings needs through primary and secondary research, b) design and deliver tailored training for rural women entrepreneurs, c) pilot test the accessibility of the DESTInE Online Learning Platform through a transnational online workshop to facilitate cross-border collaboration, d) organise a final conference, which will gather relevant stakeholders and disseminate project outputs, to ensure sustainability and long-term impact.

โ–ถImpact

The main results include: 1) a comprehensive training programme covering topics like social media management, digital marketing and e-commerce, along with digital toolkits, 2) an Online Learning Platform with AI-driven features will offer self-paced learning, complemented by 3) physical workshops and mentoring sessions for over 100 rural women across partner countries and 4) a series of dissemination activities and events that will raise awareness and real impact to relevant stakeholders.
