• Organisational and staff development: enhancing volunteer management skills, especially in recruiting and onboarding procedures • Implementing digital tools and methods, focusing on professional Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Designing and pilot-testing self-paced eTraining on LMS for new volunteer recruitment and onboarding • Making volunteering more accessible, in particular in rural areas • Promotion of volunteering on EU level • Supporting other volunteers involving NGOs

• Transnational Workshop on LMS and eTraining creation. • Research on volunteer recruitment and onboarding in CZ, DE, AT and EU • setup of advisory board • Development of a general concept for volunteer recruitment and onboarding. • Design of registration feature on LMS for volunteer registration. • Creation & pilot-testing of self-paced eTraining for volunteers of DE and CZ partner •Creation of guideline for other NGOs • 5 online multiplier events in English/CZ/DE • 2 transn. workshops in DE/CZ
