The project aims to promote gender-inclusive education for adults and seniors, with a focus on increasing male participation. Organizations from the Czech Republic, Poland, and the Netherlands will analyze gender differences, identify barriers, and design new educational programs. The main outcome will be a Set of Recommendations to support gender-inclusive environments, shared through digital platforms (e.g. EPALE) and professional conferences to foster social inclusion.

1/ International cooperation and knowledge sharing between three organisations to address gender imbalance, will include online meetings, prezent meetings, shared documentation, and digital tools. 2/ Data collection and analysis on gender preferences, barriers and communication channels. will guide the design of inclusive education programmes. 3/ Development and pilot testing of activities 4/ Writing a set of recommendations for gender-sensitive practices and dissemination.

We will deliver a Set of Recommendations to support gender-balanced education for older adults across Europe. These will be shared via digital platforms (e.g., EPALE), professional conferences, and local dissemination events. The project will promote gender inclusion, raise awareness among partner organizations, and foster openness in educational design. It will also encourage collaboration and innovation in senior education.
