▶Objectives
To enhance the quality and efficiency of vocational education in secondary vocational schools by establishing a foundation for region-wide continuing education for leading educators of vocational schools in selected priority activities. This will enable transformation and change at both the individual and school levels, leading to improvements that are proportionate to the situation of Czech schools while incorporating the experiences and systems of foreign partners.
▶Activities
The project leader will develop educational support in the form of best practice examples, which will be concrete outputs of the project based on the experiences and effective systems of best practices from the project’s partner countries. Collaboration with partners will take place both online and through the implementation of four-day internships for leading school educators and professionals working in the field of secondary vocational education at the partner's location.
▶Impact
The creation of six best practice examples for continuing education of leading educators in secondary vocational schools, serving as a shared foundation for approaches and solutions to educational and instructional challenges faced by teachers, based on the project’s target focus. The establishment of a system for ongoing professional development for vocational school teachers and support for school directors in modernizing their managerial and pedagogical roles in school leadership.
