The project empowers seniors by enhancing their communication, boundary-setting, and self-defense skills while also improving digital literacy. Educators will be equipped with inclusive teaching methods and digital tools. Key actions include training new Empowerment Self Defense trainers, developing an Edu-Toolkit, and creating e-learning for offline, online and hybrid models. The project promotes cross-border collaboration, lifelong learning, and social inclusion in European adult education.
