This project aims to empower Generation Alpha by deepening our understanding of their unique needs through research. We'll develop practical, EU-wide tools and resources for educators and youth workers, resulting at innovating grassroots youth work, fostering 21st-century competences of young people and providing insights also for the field of education and policy making.

We will conduct research to deepen understanding of Generation Alpha, their trends, phenomena and specifics. We will also pilot test innovative methodologies and approaches based on this research. Moreover, we will train youth workers, young people and broadly disseminate results to improve support for Generation Alpha across Europe.

We expect to produce a comprehensive Trendreport providing a nuanced understanding of Generation Alpha, alongside a practical handbook of innovative methodologies for educators and youth workers. Through targeted training, we anticipate enhanced skills among professionals, leading to improved support for young people. Our dissemination efforts will result in increased public awareness and adoption of evidence-based practices across Europe, ultimately empowering Generation Alpha to thrive.
