By implementing the project, we want to support the social integration of migrant women, preserve their cultural heritage, increase their psychosocial well-being and employment opportunities. We also aim to raise awareness in society about cultural diversity and strengthen international cooperation with educational materials. These goals will enable migrant women to actively participate in social life and develop a more inclusive understanding in society.

There will be 3 online meetings.These meetings will be held to determine the management, organization, evaluation and dissemination strategies of our project.There will be 4 transnational events in the project: LTT1: Cultural Connections and Handicrafts Workshop LTT2: Psychosocial Support and Occupational Therapy Workshop LTT3: Creative Skills and Educational Techniques Workshop LTT4: Social and Cultural Adaptation Program Workshop Project final product:Small Steps Social Adaptation Portal

We expect to obtain effective methods and materials from the project that will increase the social integration of immigrant women, preserve their cultural heritage and provide psychosocial support. We also aim to introduce cultural diversity to society with training modules on handicrafts and occupational therapy and an exhibition catalogue. These results will support immigrant women to actively contribute to social life and society to accept cultural diversity
