Objectives

The aim of the project is to provide educators with the competence to provide effective education on media literacy, combating disinformation, democratic values and countering far-right ideologies. Through innovative educational methods and international cooperation, educators will raise more conscious youth and establish long-term partnerships, sharing best practices. This process will strengthen young people’s critical thinking skills and encourage their active participation in democracy.

Activities

4-month workshop for educators on media literacy, disinformation, and democracy. 4 international meetings (A1, A2, A3, A4). Pilot applications after meetings. Preparation of educational materials (presentations/interactive modules). Project results shared on social media with at least 400 posts. Social media account. 8 online surveys (post-events). 4 digital bulletins. 4 launch events (1 per country), 50 people each.

Impact

The project will increase the knowledge and skills of 20 educators on media literacy and democratic values, and will enable 80 educators to be more effective. It is expected that young people will be more aware of disinformation. At the end of the project, 1 local workshop, 4 international meetings,Pilot trainings,2 social media, 400 social media posts will be held and 1000 stakeholders will be reached. Sustainable collaborations will be formed, and the information will be shared widely.
