Objectives

1. Create and launch a digital academy for practical social entrepreneurship education, targeting diverse founders across Europe. 2. Engage inspiring industry leaders and role models in developing academy content. 3. Conduct a pilot program and host online events to promote the digital academy and facilitate networking between diverse entrepreneurs and role models.

Activities

We will develop high quality educational content focused on social entrepreneurship with a diversity and inclusion lens, together with industry leaders and role model entrepreneurs. The academy will consist of 10 modules, each containing 5 brief lessons, for a total of 50 lessons covering all key aspects of social entrepreneurship. We will run a pilot program and then publicly launch the open-access academy to reach an unlimited number of founders from minoritized backgrounds across Europe.

Impact

This project aims to create an innovative digital academy that provides free, high-quality social entrepreneurship education for diverse founders across Europe. It promotes inclusion and upskilling, addressing the unique challenges faced by underrepresented entrepreneurs and fostering a more diverse and equitable startup ecosystem.
