▶Objectives
The project aims to strengthen the capacity of adult education participants to counter right-wing extremist narratives in Castilla y León (Spain), Saxony and Thuringia (Germany). It provides knowledge about the challenges and opportunities of adult education, promotes transnational exchange and develops best practices. It also strengthens networks, democratic engagement and empowerment of marginalised groups to promote civic participation.
▶Activities
The project includes online workshops, two face-to-face events and the production of a handbook. The workshops will provide knowledge on right-wing extremist strategies, democratic education and best practices. The face-to-face events will develop practical approaches. The handbook documents best practices and serves as a sustainable resource for educational actors. The focus is on transnational exchange and networking.
▶Impact
The project will enable participants to develop and implement innovative educational formats against right-wing extremism. It will promote transnational cooperation and networking among civil society actors. The handbook will serve as a practical resource and ensure the sustainability of the results. In the long term, the project will strengthen democratic structures, promote political participation and reduce the influence of right-wing extremist narratives.
